Thank you for initiating the centre approval process with AoFA Qualifications. In order for your centre to be approved, AoFAQ will require you to have policies in place.


This includes the following:


  • Health and Safety Policy
  • Malpractice and Maladministration
  • Equal Oppurtunites
  • Learner Appeals
  • Data Protection
  • Complaints Handling
  • Conflict of Interest
  • Reasonable Adjustment

These policies are needed to help protect your centre and your learners. If you do not have these policies, AoFAQ are happy to provide policy templates to help aid your application. You will need to have a copy of these policies on file if a client or EQA asks.
